Policy

Privacy and Confidentiality of our clients is of top most importance to us. Investigations into your matters are divided into parts among different investigators so that nobody knows the real picture. No information whatsoever relating to client is ever divulged to any unauthorized person.

Personal Information

Your personal information such as name, address, phone number, email address etc., shall never be given to any of our employees or anybody else, either during the course of investigations or thereafter. All your meetings, conversations and correspondence with us shall be strictly confidential and WILL NOT be revealed to any other person.

Report Delivery

Reports of your matter will be totally confidential and contents of final report shall not be shared with any unauthorized person. The report shall be delivered at any place as per your convenience in a sealed plain envelope. Alternatively, reports can be sent by email on your personal email address.

Raids

Whosoever once availed our services became our client for life. As a policy, we enclose ‘Assessment Form’ with each of our reports for clients’ feedback. Grievance, if any, is immediately redressed as per terms of our agreement with our client.
